Petal sends one-time SMS invitations initiated by users. The SMS does not contain message content and instead includes a link that the recipient may choose to open to view the message.Petal does not send recurring, automated, or marketing messages. Recipients will not receive additional messages unless a new invitation is independently initiated by a user.Recipients may reply STOP to opt out.Petal processes phone numbers solely for the purpose of delivering a one-time message invitation. Phone numbers are not used to create contact lists, stored for ongoing messaging, or reused for future communication.Recipient Interaction
Message content is only displayed after the recipient clicks the link and chooses to view the message. This interaction is required to access the content.Data Retention
We retain only the minimal information necessary to deliver the service, such as message identifiers and delivery status. This information is not used for marketing or ongoing communication.Data Sharing
